General Information
This program was designed to assist working parents, and follows the same schedule as Stephenville Independent School District. The program will be located at Gilbert Intermediate School Gymnasium.
Daily Schedule (After-School)
Homework help-children with homework will begin their afternoon's with completing any outstanding assignments
Snack-children will be provided with an after-school snack daily
Play time - children will participate in structured free play. Children will be outside daily, weather permitting.
Transportation
Transportation will be provided by Stephenville Transportation. All children will be bused to Gilbert Intermediate. Children will not be bused home at the end of the day. They will need to be picked up by an authorized person.
Authorized Pick-Up
Only authorized persons on record will be allowed to pick up child(ren). If there is a change (temporary or permanent) please contact the office at 254-918-1295 before 3:00 pm. After 3:00 pm please call 254-413-5994 to contact the staff on site.
Discipline
It is important for staff to maintain order to ensure that safety of your child(ren). The rules for the program are the same as the school.
There will be no: fighting, dishonesty, abusive/foul language, disrespect to the staff, classmates and/or property.
Payment
Payment for any of the programs is expected to be paid by Monday morning for the week of.
Payments can be made online at recpro.stephenvilletx.gov, at the Rec Hall, or on- site.
Hours and Pick Up
After School- 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Early Release- Until 6:00 pm
Full Day- 8:00 am to 6:00 pm
Break Camps- M-F 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Before Care 7:00 am to 8:00 am

Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, July 4
(Additional dates will occur if registration is too low)
Any parents picking up a child after 6:00 pm will be charged $1 for every minute they are late. After (3) late pick-up occurrences, your child could be suspended from the program.
